What we do

Join the wave of prayer

As part of the 'Thy Kingdom Come' Global Wave of Prayer (www.thykingdomcome.global) from Thursday 10 May (Ascension Day) - Sunday 20 May (Day of Pentecost), we are planning to hold a 24 hour Framland Deanery Wave of Prayer. This will take place in All Saints Church, Asfordby, from 12 noon on Friday, 18 May, to 12 noon on Saturday, 19 May - finishing just before the Royal Wedding and the FA Cup Final!

We are looking for individuals or church groups to offer to fill one of the 24 hour prayer slots, as we are aiming to have 24 hours of continuous prayer for all the communities and churches of the Framland Deanery. Night owls and dawn larks are both especially welcome! Prayer pointers and resources will be available, as well as refreshments. No need to bring anything apart from yourself, and a willingness to share in prayer that we might all know the love of Jesus.

If you’d like to sign up for an hour, please contact Lorna Wright - email loruw@hotmail.com, or phone 07765 874790. If you have any queries, please contact John Barr (Framland Deanery Prayer Enabler) - email johnbarr2817@gmail.com, or phone 01664 464265.
