Making merry with Melstrum

St James' Church, Burton Lazars, was delighted to welcome the ever popular Melstrum Ukulele Orchestra on Saturday, October 19th to provide a packed audience gathered in the village hall with an evening of music and entertainment in their usual highly enjoyable and entertaining style.

Alongside their musicality, good humour and bonhomie the audience appreciated the chance to join in the more well-known songs with equal gusto, helping to raise £235 for St James' funds and a gift for Melstrum’s chosen charity at the same time.  Our thanks to everyone who supported the event and to Melstrum for providing us with such an enjoyable evening.
