Christianity Explored

I have started using the Christianity Explored online course.

As we’re in strange times because of the pandemic, it seems like a good moment to take the space to think about the big questions of life and remind ourselves of the basics of our Christian faith.

Over seven sessions in Mark’s Gospel, this course helps us to think more about the person at the heart of the Christian faith - Jesus Christ -  and why following Him makes such a difference to our lives. So whether this course will give you new things to consider or be very much a ‘refresher’, I hope it might be a blessing to many of us….

If you’d like to ‘join me’,  it’ll work a bit like a book club.  Anyone who wants to join registers on this link

https://www.ceministries.org/Publisher/Article.aspx?ID=493373

Then you watch the short videos for each session at any time that suits you.

If you’d like to ‘discuss’ each week’s material and suggested questions, please email me at vicarmary@meltonparish.org.uk and then I’ll invite you to join the Zoom group so that  each FRIDAY morning at 11am, we can ‘meet’ on Zoom for up to 40 mins …

Please DO NOT share your Zoom invitation to the meeting with anyone else using a different computer/ tablet etc. It is very important for security reasons that people join Zoom by personal invitation from the meeting host  - ie in this case, me - the Revd Mary Barr.
