cafe set to open

The Cafe@Mary's Place is opening, for now only on Tuesdays and Wednesday's each week, starting Tuesday, 7th July and Wednesday, 8th July.

To keep customers and volunteers safe the cafe team are following the new Covid guidelines.

They are fortunate to have the space for a one way system in the cafe. Please follow this system to keep everyone safe.

They have in place a sanitiser station to use before you enter and a protective screen at the counter. They have reduced table capacity by half to allow for the 1 meter ruling.

The menu has been slightly reduced but they are still doing their popular traditional homemade meals.

The loyal volunteers will be wearing face shields when they NOW take your orders from the tables. Please pay by card if you can. You will be asked for your name and telephone number, which will be kept for 21 days in case they need to get in touch for the government's track and trace system.

They have limited the amount of volunteers they have each day to keep to social distance rules, so service will be very different from the norm.

There are other changes which you will see when you visit.
