On August 4th, 1918 King George V led the nation in prayer; 100 days later the First World War ended. This year churches are being encouraged to mark the centenary of the 1918 National Day of Prayer by praying for peace in the 100 days from August 4th to Remembrance Sunday, November 11th, 2018.
